What is goal setting?
What is the difference between long-term goals and short-term goals?
The difference is the length of time one believes it will take to reach the goals.
What are the steps necessary for successful goals setting?
Ask yourself the following questions
- Is this my goal or is it a goal someone else set for me?
- Can I clearly define my goal? Is it specific?
- Is this goal challenging yet attainable?
- Am I committed to following through with this goal
- Can I set a deadline for this goal?
